Venue Hire

Helmsley Sports Club Pavilion facilities were extensively refurbished in 2024/25 and are available to hire.

The principal hiring options are the Main Pavilion, which is over 220 square meters of an open-plan layout that includes the use a commercial-scale kitchen, pool table area, free parking, free wifi and ample toilet facilities for upto 100 persons.

​

 

We also have a licensed bar that may also be hired at extra cost that serves a good range of spirits, mixers and bottled and canned alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. In addition, the south-facing sports field with fabulous views may also be hired along with 2 tennis courts and a bowling green. The latter 2 options are via the respective sports clubs.

The prices for hirings start at £15 per hour and prices for larger events are priced separately. For each hire we issue a hiring agreement and once our terms and conditions are accepted by the hirer the booking is confirmed. Payment is required in advance of a booking and within 7 working days of our invoice being issued.
